Cordula Kohout, PhD student and Project Manager at ARIC, won the Best Paper Award at the 6^th Conference of the European Society of Sugar Technology (ESST) in Poznań (Poland) with her talk about modern molecular biological methods for microflora characterization in sugar beet factories. The majority of the approx. 400 participants of the conference voted for her paper out of more than 20 others. The content of the talk is going to be published in the journal “Sugar Industry” as well.
